I think that the shell is a real lentiginosa dancalica from Red Sea. Palmadusta lentiginosa dancalica according to "The Guide" IIth edition by Lorenz (page 155) comes from Red Sea to Persian Gulf, elongate pyriform, not very callous, with columellar teeth extending towards middle of base. Marginal spotting rather distant. Dorsal banding more conspicous.
And lentiginosa lentiginosa, according to the same book (page 154) comes from India to Andaman Sea, rather broad, pyriform, with columellar teeth not extending onto middle of base. Dorsal banding partly osbscured by spotting. Numerous crowded marginal spots.
