[Notocypraea]

Anyone interested in Notocypraea (probably not many on here) there is a major new article in the most recent edition of American Conchologist - Vol 37, No. 3, September 2009.

As I happen to know the author I have the errata for this article. If anyone want's a copy then please email me and I'll be more than happy to forward.

If you read the most recent Notocypraea articles plus Felix's recent internet revision there are still gaps (in my opinion) and more research is required.
I have an ongoing interest in this group and are constantly amazed & surprised by the variation I encounter within this group.
If anyone else is interested in Notocypraea then please contact me. Always interested in sharing information, pictures etc.

Anyway attached below is a lovely little Notocypraea piperita I encountered Night diving last night in 12m of water off Portsea, Victoria (near the Port Phillip Bay Heads). Lovely little thing - Enjoy!

Just to make it clear...

I can NOT supply an actual copy of the article. You need to get the September 2009 issue of American Conchologist for that!

What I can supply is a "soft copy" of the Errata prepared by the article author for this article!

I tried to send two replies to emails that were returned with mail delivery messages (one was F from italy, forgot the other). So if u didn't get a reply to your email it wasn't because I ignored it!
