Hello all:
Unfortunately the city of Karachi in Pakistan is currently in the "eye of the Hurricane" because the international terrorism attacks, but formerly was in my mind for a very (and nice, too) different reason:
When I bought the "Guide" 2nd Edition, I read with interest and surprise the following information about Zonaria pyrum:
"Zonaria pyrum was recently reported from the harbour of Karachi, Pakistan where it might have been introduced by shipping traffic through the Suez Canal". Legit. Pg. 114. Plate 59.
I´d like to know if this record of pyrum in Karachi was finally confirmed successfully by local people or serious dealers or perhaps the record was previously rejected...
Further info will be greatly apreciated.
