Here some rare colours. All originating from Zanzibar:
lightorange, very pale and very black

I will try to post a new set of strange colourforms of tigris
(but also from other species) in May....

It must be a one-of-a-kind shell, I think for in 47 years shellcollecting this was the only one I saw...
I have more very special tigris. I will try to show photographs of them soon...
I wanted to visit your stand in Hoboken, but my wife became ill during the shellshow and we returned before
noon....

In a few months time I expect a new seamail-shipment from East-Africa (Zanzibar & Tanzania) containing several oustanding specimens of Cypraea tigris L.
