ok, I give up. That two different dealers sell such shells is certainly the proof that their data must be authentic... Sorry to by cynical but if you compare the columellar teeth and the color distribution those shells are not what we named andreyi.

I absolutely agree that those 4 shells (pictures that I posted) are not ar.andreyi. I have read your article in the journal, ar.andreyi is really differ from them

For me just interesting to know about armeniaca distribution to the west, and may be not only ar.andreyi lives there.
All shells that I posted were from 3 different well known dealers and I really belive them..or want to believe

Oh that is my "greenelli"... a green overcast howelli... only one I have ever seen diving! That was a good dive & day! Cool

Yes, Simon! great babies! I want them all!

here is interesting color comparison of two beddomei howelli, pure white from the left and golden one on the right.
the difference is really hardly to see, but when you hold it in hands you really see golden color
